Horse Transportation Documents - Important Info
Please find the attached information regarding the documentation needed for the transportation of horses. This information is in relation to the Livestock Identification and Commerce Act (LICA) that came into effect on January 1, 2009. I ask that you please review the attachment and distribute it to your members and the appropriate individuals involved in the transportation of horses.
