WHAT'S HAPPENING IN THE QHAA

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of an amazing husband, father, uncle and friend. Sheldon Soderberg passed away peacefully April 18, 2015 with his family at his side.

Sheldon was an original member of the QHAA, a highly respected AQHA judge, a world class trainer, an amazing teacher and an inspiration to all who met him. If not riding or exhibiting horses you could usually find him sitting in the stands watching one of our shows with a double-double in his hand or at the holding ring giving final touches and advice to our youngsters.

He has trained many AQHA champions and Superior champions.
On behalf of the QHAA, our deepest sympathy goes out to his wife Cindy, and two children Lindsay (Kyreon) and Wayne.

Sheldon your expertise, professionalism and knowledge were greatly appreciated. But most of all your warm smile, kind words and friendship will never be forgotten.
